All sales are final. The BUgirl online store does not provide refunds or returns for products ordered. Returns are only accepted in those cases where a product is defective, or if the product received does not correspond to the product ordered. Orders will typically take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Keep in mind that if you are ordering from the US, time must be allowed for your order to clear US customs. All orders are shipped regular mail using Canada Post. (Shipping Guarantee: If 5 weeks have passed since you placed your order and you have not yet received it please contact us as your order may have gotten lost in the mail and we will reship your order. For orders placed from November 15th through to December 31st our shipping guarantee is 6 weeks due to the slow down in the mail system during the Christmas season.)
