The Mission:
• To see young girls transformed across our country through the love of Jesus Christ and through the message of their true worth and identity in God, their Creator, Father and Savior.

BUgirl Internship Program is:

• an intense 9-month program of full-time touring + training;
• a time for personal and spiritual development through applied learning;
• in-class training including the basics of communicating in the public arena, how to speak into the lives of young girls and the culture that surrounds them, what it means to be a servant leader as Jesus Christ modeled for us;
• an opportunity to travel in Canada and the U.S. and to minister to girls from 10-17 years of age through the Pajama  and Beach events;
• an opportunity to share God's heart with teenage girls grades 5-8 and grades 9-12;
• an opportunity to develop a greater understanding of Canadian and U.S. churches, communities and the challenges each face; and an opportunity to serve alongside young women of the same age and with a similar passion to serve Jesus Christ.

This is a ministry experience where you will receive training that will allow you to execute events, work in a team, live in community, grow in the gifts God has given you and provide you with the opportunity to have roles in: drama presentations, music, leading discussion, MC, story-telling, speaking, operating sound and lights and leading worship.
